I know that guy. It looked great at first. Then I pinstriped the eff out of it. It seems to actually attract dirt too. I'd suggest a matte finish to anyone that's gonna find brush. It looked killer when it was new though.

On the up side, the paint underneath is still good. I'm about to take it off to get some body work done. Might do it again in a different color. I redid my hood scoop after a few months, that came off just fine.

The first two are a recent snow run, the third is from June. You can tell the difference even from a distance.

That looks like the same color vinyl but Im thinking of a different rig. The one I'm thinking of, the guy had more lift I think and maybe fiberglass sides but I could be wrong.
Anyway how long did the vinyl stay on before you took it off? You mentioned the paint looked good after pulling it off. That'd be the only concern of mine. I'd be afraid to wrap my truck because my truck does sit in the sun alot and I'd be afraid of the sun baking it to the paint and then it'd be disastrous when the time came to peel it off.

I redid the hood scoop and 1 mirror after they started peeling a few months ago. I was an easy peel, and yeah, paint was great. Now I'm in the process of removing the whole thing, going to get some body work done. It's not super fun in the places where I tucked the edges, and it really helps to work with it in the heat. But the paint looks great. I call it a successful mod. Next time it'll be a matte color so the scratches don't show through as much though.

That's good, I was always wondering what it'd do to paint after peeling it off. I may be having to put a vinyl on my roof since the paint is wearing thin on the back edges :(
