    Well if they end up forcing you out ... Got room to put a shop together for work when you are up to it and make some extra cash ? In my area there a very few affordable one off fab shops . Most will not do it but the just price it so you do not want to pay for it . Custom fabricating special boxes etc is nothing half materials down payment and done :}

    I've got a little room not alot property is only 1 1/3 acre.I won't fab in garage as it's attached to the house. A nice little 20x20 metal buiding would be nice. Have just done ditch lights, LCE header, and getting ready to do rear lights. I'm thinking i may cut the rack I have now apart and modify it to start off with. It would be easy enough to seperate it, spread it some, attach a basket, and tool mounts.

    If you can go bigger go .. No one ever said I have to much space in a shop :} But seriously if you want to have room to pull something in trailer / truck etc for fit up or to unload supplies etc be a little easier in the winter etc. How good a scrounger are you ? you can almost get all the stuff you need to build scrounging or watching CL free etc

    I'm usually the one who gets scrounged. Why didn't you buy the house next to mine we could have made some really cool stuff?

    I got divorced here lol don't you live In town sort of , I could not do that prefer woods and quiet and as few neighbors as possible. I am not ready to build my power hammer but have designed it and have about 40 % of the stuff scrounged for it. When it is built if I was within 50 yards of another house they might not be happy it isn't screaming loud but repetitive lol

    1-3 acre lots 4 miles out of town, surrounded by trees, and foothills of the mtns. Nobody here really complains about noise if so i'd be screwed when I start the car.

    It's a wonderful little town, of course they all have their problems. I live in Culpeper, as my bio thingy says, but google Rappahanock county that may really be up your alley.
