    At least the rear quarters are still on there. Half the duallys I see are smashed over the rear wheels from cutting corners.

    My GF is Korean and I showed her the video. We both laughed at their reactions. She likes the gristle and will naw the rib bones like the girls did.

    BTW - find a Korean market in your area and see what their prices are for meat. The one here has unbelievably low prices. I bought 3 racks of St Lois ribs, a 1 1/2# T bone, milk and a few other things for $20 and change. The steak was awesome.

    Though there is a local chain of korean supermarkets that do actually have very good meat and product selection/pricing. So while I do joke, @916carl's advice is good.

    I loved Korean food when I was over there. Bulgoki restaurants were awesome!

    Yaki carts on the street were good too, especially when they had that 50 year old oil.
