New belt and cleaning for sure. Check with a fine tooth comb after they are "done"

I save a big headache with these when I was at the dealerships. Any time I used a small catch can like this I did the same thing. My little catch can had a long piece of string attached to it. The other end of the string was tied to the vehicle lift. Never left a can under the hood.

I did it after the first time I left a catch can under the hood. Never do it again is my hope for any mistake.

You can change the oil with a regular drain plug. It's just as easy.

I buy Mobil 1 at sams club and OE filters in bulk. An oil change cost me around $26

And this is why I won't be using my toyota care with my new truck. I'd rather do my own oil changes and tire rotations

Its easy. But a fumoto valve makes it extremely easy and fast and clean. You don't have to worry about the oil being to hot or splattering everywhere because it drips straight down(depending on what valve). Only need a needle nose plier to move the stopper.

I used to do tons of oil changes for 3 different vehicles with a normal drain plug. For any of my future vehicles ill use the fumoto just because of how convenient it is. Oil changes at service centers are getting really competitive, it ALMOST made me think to pay someone to do it. A 5 qt dino oil and filter at some places runs 20 bucks!

Now being it an excuse to not do the oil change that is another story.

I've been lucky, since the only things I have ever found left under my hood were a couple of socket wrench drives and a screwdriver. FREE TOOLS!!

I got lucky that they were in a location that was almost impossible for them to fall and damage anything. I have a habit of checking under the hood shortly AFTER getting any vehicle back from ANY shop...

I just feel bad for the innocent guy that overlooked his tools before he closed the hood........He probably has to go out and buy replacements.
