    I'm still up and down about heading out there with the rain coming and going solo, might pass and wait for the TW trip in a few weeks.

    So yesterday on the way back from the Dez my RV engine water pump failed. So glad I had AAA!! The tow was well over $1K, sheesh!!

    Was a very long day for me. My RV is trying to die since its old as hell, haha.

    white rv with a trailer towed behind a tow truck? Was that you stopped on the 8 freeway right by Miller's garage near Ocotillo? There was a tow truck with an RV and a trailer behind it that was stopped behind another trailer or RV on the side of the freeway yesterday. Was that you?

    No, mine is an old off white 27' Winnie. with a 2 bike hauler in back, single hauler up front. No trailer, I was off the 76 coming down Palomar mtn. Had to get a giant wrecker to pick me up, took 4 hours to get there.

    You probably went right by our camp then haha there was a shit ton of people out it was crazy. glad you made it back in one piece and hope the rv isn't too much hassle to get going again bro we will be out again for mlk

    More than likely, was there to look for another buddy and gave up, too many white 5th wheelers being pulled by Chevys! That describes over half the people out there.

    Yeah Ill get it worked out, just trying to catch my own tail first, ha. At least I know a good tech...:boink:(those are both me, haha)
