Ha, the area about 3 hours north of Denver if pretty good :).

Josh might know of a good place. Pretty sure he lived down there for a bit. I don't know that there is really a terrible place to live down there.

I lived in Arvada. Northwest of Denver a little ways. Could pretty much see Denver from a vantage point.

I liked it there a lot. Reminded me a bit of Sheridan, but huge. Was about a 15-20 minute drive to the mountain twisties. About 20 minutes the other direction to get to Denver.

It's insanely crowded down there though. I loved it there but my god it's like the population has doubled since I moved - about a year ago almost to the day.

I took my buddy down there a few months ago to get his Tacoma and it was a shit show.

Sounds like a nice area but man i hate the over population. Im glad for the oppurtunity but kinda apprehensive on the higher cost and population increase.

I hear ya. It's gotten a bit ridiculous. I love it there but don't think I'd want to live there again.

I always have wished the whole state of Wyoming could just flip, so Sheridan was where Cheyenne is, with our mountains and everything.

I like having some access to the city life when you want it.

Yea its nice, im not huge on it as much anymore. Becoming stingy with my money lol. Trying to decide if renting vs buying makes sense and what I need and where would be best. Odds are I'll be in the main office down on Stout street so right in the center of downtown.

Colfax is a street that is known for having rough parts to it.

My brother lives in the Thornton area and it seems like a nice place. It's north Denver

That area is becoming the ritzy side. Boulder is insanely expensive.

I have family there in Denver. Idk how they like it there haha

Yea we have a facility in Louisville kinda by boulder and its all pricey. Definately nicer though and seems "less" populated

Denver is nuts. I've spent plenty of time there.

It's crazy. But I can't stand Denver people. Everyone there is an offroader, a mountaineerer, a climber, and camper...they do it all.

    Until they don't.

The real Colorado people do. But the hordes of people that move there..don't. Just a bunch of posers. Annoys me.

Grant talks about it all the time. All say and no go for climber friends. Save one and his girlfriend. Just bugs me.
