I am currently running a Readylift spacer on the fronts. Wanted to raise it up more. Would it be possible to run like an OME Lift Spring on a 5 Lug Tacoma? Like an OME 2887 with or without the RL Spacer.

Don't put those 887 coils on your regular cab, theyll give it way too much lift and put too much stress on your cv angles. I don't even think they'd fit but don't quote me on it

Would the 883 work? Or none of the OME could?

883 the highest I can get? Would be nice to ride the high I have now without having to use my 2.75 spacers.

what strut are you using. the stock one. cause it will only expand so far. if the spring is to strong it be like bottoming out but in the upward position on ever bump you might need a stop strap . and the uca will smack on the strut and damage it.

ok. when you get to it . and if you have time see if measuring from the hub center to the center of the wheel well . before and after . with or with spacer . to see what just a better spring gives you height always cool to find something new with the 5lug choices.

ME TOO. but money been going other places lately . so you'll have to be interested a little longer. from my figurings you'll have to change the control arm to make the 1st gen stock strut work cause the coil sits 2" lower then the stock 5lug strut . and hits the uca. and yes the 1st gen strut gives the lift without the spacer. and yes the 1st gen billy strut can be adjusted 2" higher but without one to tell. if it clears the uca its just guessing. i only have a stock 1st gen strut for testing. buy one (billy 5100) and try. they were on sale over the holiday but i had to pay for other things so it will be a month or so before i buy all this stuff. still trying to find what weight coil i should get cause i want to add a winch and hide a winch bumper and it will add like 200 pounds nobody will tell me. in the second gen post. also i want to keep the coil on the lowest setting on the strut so the spring does the lifting and only want to go 4" in lift and maybe they don't know and thats why there not answering. all well. the coil needs to be 14" tall, 3" wide, weight ?. if money is not an issue the new sway a way 1st gen struts work ( with uca change)but there 1400.00 there also were on sale for 1000.00 over the holiday . Billy's and coils are like 400ish all year long much cheaper.

For springs I've heard rumors of 6 lugs working and adding height and also xrunners should fit and are stiffer. I really want to explore getting a spindle lift but I'm waiting for a local junkyard to have some testers.

Yea same here spend a lot for the holidays. I've been paying off some credit cards I got my self into. just need one more and im all done with those lol and I'll be able to put money towards my truck again, it's either better suspension or regear.

Let me know Bro. It's about time our 5 Lugs get some attention.

My next upgrades will probably be a 1in BL and a 4.10 regear(32x11.5x15)

Not suspension, but I gotta mention that I'm doing a BHLM soon.
