Have you put them to much use yet? Looking for some but was hoping to get good quality at half the cost of the Maxtrax.

Momentum is key steady momentum!! Too slow your gonna get bound up and too fast your gonna dig in too deep.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hlVr12CCo4 Now get up in the mountains and drive along the side of a mountain. Increasing the pucker factor helps with blood flow and all around feeling that your alive. Drive it!!! you live once.

No. Well I drove over them once just to make sure they wouldn't break.

I know they are super useful and I wanted some. So I spent an evening with a few beers and the internet and read every review I could find on smittybilt, those, and the real ones.

The reviews 100% ruled out the smitty ones.

No chance was I buying real ones - I have other things to spend my money on. The ones you linked had almost all positive reviews so I went with them.

Even if they break on the third time I use them I'll just buy another set. In my entire life of wheeling I could have used those maybe once. I hope I never have to use my new ones either.

I know better then to give my two cents but here goes! I watched your video, there were two points you slowed down and each time there was a honk of a horn then video stopped. Start out in 4 lo you have a MT so you should be able to walk faster then the truck is going. you slowed down when you came to the gate stay in 4 lo till you get through the gate shift to second, if you have good traction and good speed shift to 4 hi until you need to gear down if you start to get stuck shift to low, if that is not good enough, stop go to 4 lo. The first video looked like you were already in 4 hi. I would get more experience 4 wheeling so you know what your truck can and can't do.

    None,
    Thank you.
I am still working on mastering the off road thing as well as the video thing, hope fully both will improve over the winter.
