    Good morning and happy Thursday.
And here they never bothered to even drop salt or sand before the last storm. Hasn't gotten above zero so they will not spend the money if it isn't going to work. Although I think they just don't want spend the money period. Driving and even walking is so much fun.. Putting down more sand and salt on the drive and steps this morning when I can move better. -2 now will be -5 when I get home from work. And -11 this time tomorrow not sure I want to know wind chill. Stuff won't work in these temps but at least give a little traction. I hope.

I went and looked for a picture of deep fat fried twinkles they are staple of the Mn. State Fair. Discovered you can even buy them from Walmart now, I thought they had to be hot and straight out of the deep fat fryer. Although I discovered a new one I might just have to try. Could use a coiuple for breakfast right about now.

Yup. It's a beefy piece of steel. I like it a lot, but moving on to a plate bumper.

Now speaking of heart attack foods, Sutni Szallona, (aka, Shitny or heart attack on rye) is a picnic favorite with the crew I run with.
Eastern Euro, Hungarian, Polish tradition...and a dying art.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Szalonna_(bacon)

Loaded with grease, salt and veggies, It covers most daily food requirements.
Last time we made it, my friend's kids were there with their friends, all in their 20's.
They couldn't get enough of this stuff.

Needs more veggies and more grease.

Ensure or Cod liver oil works too. You'll fit right in :)

Best blood work I ever had done was after 6 months of Atkins. 4 eggs and 6 pieces of bacon for breakfast every day and "downhill" after that. My personal physician is a chair at Mayo Clinic and told me he could not professionally recommend Atkins however what ever I was doing keep doing it. Of course I didn't, but time to get back at it. Damn Twinkies....

There is an old saying, it is rocket science hell anyone can do it. If it was nuclear engineering on the other hand... Sorry old nuke joke couldn't resist. No one around here would get it kind of short on rocket scientists. Although do advanced flight physicals and research.

I was in the upper half (above 50%) of the nuke program. At the very bottom of the bell curve for that group, and I mean dead last LOL. Which puts me right in the middle I guess. But I like the bottom of the bell curve the most.
