When the Wrangler was redesigned for the 2007 model year, the 4-door Unlimited was available in 2WD. They are VERY rare.

I'm not a jeep person at all, but it just seems wrong to offer Jeep vehicles in 2 wheel drive models.

So short answer is yes but only as long as you have enough of the wire harnesses from each seat to splice them together. You are basically using the Bucket seat ECU and splicing that back into the Bench seat harness and then supplying power to the bucket seat module.

What you will need to do is have the plug and harness section from the Bench seats that runs directly into the body harness, and cut the side that plugs into the Bench seat ECU
Then take the harness from the Bucket seats, keep the side that plugs into the ecu, but cut off the part that would plug into the body harness.

You will jump the wires that directly match and then supply power to the pin 3 B+ terminal at the new bucket seat module. note that there will be 2 full white wires, one for DLC and one for FSR+ once you determine which is which, you will be fine.

Pin numbers listed first are from the bucket seat ECU the bucket ecu has two connectors and the bench seat ecu only has one.
Bucket seat ecu you want splice the connector that has 8 wires

Pin 2 White at the bucket seat module to white pin 10 at the bench seat module Both Labeled as DLC (Data link Connector)
Pin 7 Beige at the bucket seat module to Beige pin 9 at the bench seat module Both labeled as IGN (ignition switched power)
Pin 3 White/blk at the bucket seat module to White/blk pin 5 at the bench seat module both labeled as ground,
Pin 8 White at the bucket seat module to white pin number 11 at the bench seat module both labeled as FSR+
Pin 4 Black at the bucket seat module to Black pin number 12 at the bench seat module Both Labeled as FSR-
Pin 5 P/G (i think it was pink with a green stripe) at the bucket seat module to P/G pin number 14 at the bench seat module both labeled as BGND for the front seat belt buckle sensor
Pin 9 G (i think it was green) at the bucket seat Module to G pin number 13 at the bench seat module both labeled as BSW for the front seat belt sensor

Now here is the kicker, You will need to supply Battery 12v power to pin #3 The red wire on the bucket seat airbag module. this is the key step since the bucket seat module does not get power from the battery this wire will not be existing in the body harness and you will need to run this separately from the battery to the seat module. I used a fuse piggyback to add a circuit off of the 12V power outlet circuit. always choose a circuit with a higher protection fuse than what you plan to wire in.

This circuit needs to be protected at 7.5A!

I have done this swap directly on a 2012 reg cab, using the seats from a 2012 extended cab without any issues and got the airbag lights off without any drilling and without any seatbelt mods.

You can leave the rest of the wires from the bench seat harness cut and taped off. And this should utilize all or most of the wires from the bench seat module though

I know this is a little confusing without the OE wiring diagrams i have in front of me but ill try to explain and help anyone who needs assistance. Feel free to PM me

In September 2014, my parents traded a 2008 Acura TL for used 2013 Nissan Murano SV AWD. My mom primarily drives it.

It was purchased at Fred Beans Nissan with 11,500 miles on the odometer. My parents paid cash, so they have always owned the Murano outright; This is probably for the best considering that the sneaky change in Carfax took a chunk out of the vehicle's resale value. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the Murano and all records were clean, including the CARFAX. The Murano has not been involved in any accident since we purchased it, and there no evidence that it has been involved in one. In 2015, I did hit a bird that flew out of the bushes by the side of the road and presumably killed it, but the Murano did not sustain any damage.

So, imagine my shock when about 2 years after my parents bought the Murano, I typed the license plate number into CARFAX and got a report that it had been involved in an accident with airbag deployment.

Even weirder was that this accident was reported about 2 weeks AFTER my parents bought the Murano. Like I said, the Murano has never been involved in accident; never even been backed into anything.

I have a number of theories here, but what do you guys think? Has anyone else ever had an accident that they weren't involved in pop up on their vehicle's CARFAX?

Somebody may have fat fingered the VIN when they reported the accident. I'd call Carfax and complain.

That was my first theory. Somewhere in Pennsylvania, there's a similar 2013 Murano that has a clean record because someone typed in the wrong VIN.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
The accident may not have been entered into the system until after it was sold...which is shady in itself.

Yeah. The Acura was also involved in an accident in 2012 that was not my dad's fault. A RAV4 made an illegal left turn and did $5,000 in damage. Acura was fixed and accident shows up on Acura's CARFAX.

The Murano was involved in an accident before your parents bought it, and was reported to Carfax late.

Well, license plate number first, then VIN. You can do both...
