    From CNN.COM

"Nicole Pozen says her Toyota truck accelerated wildly and plummeted down a cliff, leaving her with neck and back injuries. Pozen says she feels vindicated by the Toyota recall. CNN's Deborah Feyerick reports. "

Its a video clip on CNN.com front page at the moment; I can't link videos from my work PC.

Never mind, found the video. The truck was a Tundra, and she is completely full of shit.

The "accident" was supposedly a year ago, in the rain, on a hairpin turn. Sounds like she was driving too fast in the rain, lost control on a turn, and shot through the guardrail. She's whining for attention, and advertising herself for an attorney to get some cash.

Plus, still wearing a neck brace a year after the accident? Don't think so.

Bingo. Worst part is, the general public will see this video and think, "oh that poor girl. Someone should pay for this."

She is a victim of her own driving skills. Her attempt to defraud Toyota will fail.

CNN stated that the police crash report omits drivers statements that the truck "would not stop."

i saw this over the wekend and my BS Meter was dinging right away. it was the neck brace that i picked up on. her neck does not hurt...she's moving her head around waaaay too much to be in any kind of pain.

i figured it would be a race to sue toyota as soon as the media started dragging them through the mud. what a smear campaign. it seemed like the incident reports started happening with frequency right after the story broke.

Ok, right in the beginning of the manual it states the Tundra has a black box (event recorder).

Lets see the results vs her story to see if she has a case or is riding this media madness to her own benefit.
