    Folks,

I saw a camper shell for sale from a 1st gen DC taco. Will it work on a 2nd gen DC taco? Also, are camper shells hard to paint?

    Correction:

1st gen is 74.5" on a DC by 57.9 wide

2nd Gen is DC LB 73.5 long by 56.7 wide
DC SB is 60 long by 56.7 wide

It's a first gen, so we know it is vastly superior by default.

Sorry but there are many size differences between the two trucks, the new Tacoma is much larger and therefore a Camper Shell from a 1995 to 2004 Tacoma won't fit the 2005 and newer models. Tom - Campway's Truck Accessory World, Martinez, Ca
