You have one on top of your cab. Doesn't do much tho.

Where you get the green foam from? Think memory foam work? Probably want one that won't mold up after it rains

Can you post a link to the specific weatherstripping you used (3M has a few options) and a few photos of where/how you applied it on the door edges?

Here's the 'glue' and where it goes. Most important is to glue down the weatherstrip on the access cab door. It doesn't take much, just a thin bead between the 'tits' (don't even go there!) I also did the front of the driver's door (photo#3)

Below is the foam, first view is from the underside of the truck looking up. You can see the vent (at the left) and how it's about 3/4 covered by the foam. Next view is from the top looking down between the cab and the bed.
I used this foam because it's what I had on hand. It is somewhat 'breathable' which I figure is good, especially if the air bags have to go off - that would be a BIG pressure change!
If you do this, don't plan to keep it forever. My recommendation would be to change out the foam from time to time.
If you 'flex' your truck a lot (off road) it might fall out. There is no guarantee, no safe space. You're on your own. Good Luck.

Since about 95% of the 3rd Gen comes from the 2nd Gen Toyota parts bin, this is probably going to work on 2nd Gen trucks. I'm going to investigate tonight as I do get a wind howl from the back from time to time.

    Thanks OP.

Plus add speedholes for additional speed.
