My house was low priced compared to my neighbors. Because I live in "section 8". But its not really because its a new house in the most expensive county in America.

Was a special program that I qualified for. If you make more than the qualifications, they dont kick you out.

I can make $2million per year, and still have my super low mortgage.

No offense on the whole small tire thing. I was just trying to rhyme with tall. I suppose I COULD'VE went with "Nkw that you have sliders, you'll be safe if you fall"

kek I didn't take offense. If I were that sensitive, I'd be in the wrong thread.
My tires are small. They are the stock size tires my truck came with. They look big only compared to most car tires. Even when I upsize, it won't be by much because the overwhelming majority of my time is spent on-road, not off.

I do like your alternate rhyme though.

I've never seen your truck. Maybe if you'd come up to buy those tires... :boink:

Possibly, I may take the ride out to his place so we can fine tune everything. I'm going to stuff some three tube 2.5 kings in there. Currently waiting for DSM to build them.

Either way I'll be an expert afterwards for guys that need help.

Mine is basically the same! I paid $125k, but my neighbors paid a base of $400k.

In 12 years (15years total) ill be able to sell for full value. If i sell before the 15, I only walk away with 3-5k.

My goal is to pay it off in 12, so when I sell, i dont have to owe any to the bank. I do have to pay some back to the county though
