I would inspect those vacuum hoses for vacuum leaks as the oem Toyota tend to crack. Past that I'm not super sure why it would freak out like that. Older wiring is also super brittle. I would also check that you bolted all of your grounds back down.

All those codes? Sounds like a ground is disconnected. You check the ground on the plenum? Drivers side.

What year is your engine? AKA is it the 03-04 Electronic throttle body? Mine is older style and it has the Idle air electronic connection under the intake boot?
Here are some pics I saved from my donor I hope they help. I circled a connection in one this is the ground for the entire engine harness. Double check that.
If you need more pics let me know. if its not 911 tonight I can take pics if not tomorrow would be better.
Every time I had a start the die and know restart it was the maf I forgot to plug in.
    Or maybe firing order?

Well that many codes would lead me to believe you disturbed or forgot to reconnect a ground wire or wires.

Clearing codes doesn't fix anything btw, it just lets the ECU temporarily forget the issues until it can run for a longer period of time. Didn't know if you knew that...
Hopefully this works out, I'm really curious to see what the issue is. :D I'll be watching.

Might be a dumb idea, but how about disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. I know the codes are already gone, but perhaps that will reset other things as well.

I already did that, had it disconnected for about 30 minutes.

I'm about to go out there and check my grounds and try it again.

If not, I'm tearing it all up again
