I like this setup as well. How did you get the mobarmor to work with that? I just like the way it looks.

    Can you mount that vertically?

Yes, I have mostly been using it vertically.

Cool! I've always used this scosche

But it gets in my way sometimes. And I loose my charger point there.
Not sure how to order the unholy, is it a complete package?

I like the unholy because I can mount it much higher. That way if I need to pull up a contact for directions or to call, my eyes are not off the road very long and I still have my peripheral vision on the road. Whereas that low mount Scosche has your head and eyes completely off the road.

Pistol pete listed a few posts back what's included. If you like you can google ram ball 1" and see all the different mounts etc. i would say the choices are a squeeze mount like is included in the Hondo kit or magnetic (if you are using a magnetic case)

I imagine you could fashion something using the A-pillar trim since it clips in at the bottom and has a bolt near the top...

Personally I wouldn't want to though, not with an airbag behind it.

Pro clips are good, specially for back a few years ago. I get a vibe now from the phone holders they are a bit too out dated now and feel bulky and old. There are some nice sleek universal mounts now that are less intrusive. I love the car part of the pro clips, just not the phone holder part.

When you select the whole package that $104 is on top of the cost of the unholey bracket. There is also a discount code on their TW thread.

I also use this one, but I opted for the one that sits on the other side of the HU. Yeah, the cord spanning across to the plugin is annoying sometimes, but I like having my phone a bit closer to me/the steering wheel.

Mine below. I didn't like the phone up high, I'm happy with this spot.

I'm not evangelical about the scosche magic mount. But, the smaller one (still powerful enough to support a tablet) mounts perfectly on top of the bezel surrounding the radio. Basically in exactly the same spot as the unholy. the unholy looks cool for sure. but for me it seems to be solving a problem i don't have. it did take me a while to find the scosche though - if i had seen the unholy first that's what i would be using. the scocshe is a lot less expensive - and i carry a vent mount 'receiver' for when i travel to use in the rental car.
