I had slow leaks at both of my reservoir connections and tightening the clamps did not help me either. Before splicing in smaller hoses to fit on what are probably undersized reservoir hose nipples I decided to try some non hardening sealant. I drained the reservoir and hoses, scuffed up the reservoir nipples, cleaned reservoir/hoses, applied sealant to nipples, let it get tacky, reconnected hoses, let sealant cure for 24 hours, then tightened down the clamps. Probably overkill, but the leaks stopped.

I was thinking about going at it in similar fashion, but then the question aroused: how do I drain the reservoir? Havent come up with an answer yet. How did you do it?

Disconnect the hose on the pump. Gravity is an amazing science.

Disconnect the input hose on the pump. Also, MAKE SURE YOU DISCONNECT THE PUMP ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. I did not initially and it randomly turned on while the system was dry. The other thread about failed pumps has me nervous about mine.

Could also disconnect the battery as well. Thanks for the heads up.

Looking to see if you guys are seeing the same thing as the chart I posted. Gadget said I shouldn't have 15:1 in boost so now I'm conflicted...

Look at the graph, I assume dynamometer test is done at full throttle/open loop.

Mine isn't like the graph at full throttle. At full throttle it goes straight to 11.

I haven't heard of any lean AFR issues with the TRD reflash. If anything, the TRD reflash causes the supercharged vehicle to run rich.

My personal opinion is TRD purposely tuned their reflash to run rich as the potential consequences of rich AFR are not nearly as severe as running lean.

Nah, just a little boost as I burn out leaving the shop. I just noticed as I was heading out for lunch that have a little drive line vibration from around 0-20mph. I need to look into that.

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
At -8F this morning the boost was bountiful!!!!!!!!
Just got back from a trip to CO and the SC made a big difference passing in the mountains. Even with 285/75 17 (34X11.5) and no regear on the 6 spd. Looking forward to more upgrades, or fuel efficiency reduction mods...!
Any one thought about running the exhaust out the bedside in front of the rear tire on the passenger side? Its hard to get my mind around the cost of these exhaust systems. Its metal pipe?!?!?!
Ill order headers but I may have to learn how to build an exhaust.

21mpg? What elevation are you at? I always get much better efficiency when I am in the mountains. Otherwise I live near the Mississippi so ~600 ft above sea level. Its nice having the denser air but The best I get is ~15 weather city or highway. Have had one tank recently only get ~13mpg.

    Saving for a Tesla....
