purchased aweek ago and still hasnt shipped?

 

a weeek!? And I thought I was impatient.

I purchased a un-holey dash mount 6 days ago and it hasnt shipped either... Really hope to have it by next weekend! I'll be happy whenever it gets here.

 

they just sent the email saying they have alot of orders and be patient

 

He's not on Amazon prime.

 

I purchased my knobs back on 12/21 haven't heard anything about shipping, guess they will show up sooner or later

 

Items are CNC'd. Unless they have stock of the items they take a while to make. Be patient and this does not require a new thread. Go post in the actual radio knobs thread.

Also with the holidays, things are a lot slower. Even at my work I have vehicles coming from Chevrolet that were supposed to be here on the 23rd but are still 3 weeks out. Shipping delays, people calling in sick, vacations, etc.

 

I ordered mine before then and recently received an email stating they were shipped. I ordered knobs for the premium radio.

We're back in at full-production after the holiday slowdown. We sold a lot more knobs and dash mounts than we'd anticipated and since they are new products we didn't have much built up inventory (my mistake for releasing new products right before everyone goes on vacation). But we're machining two shifts this week and next so should be caught up in a week or so. The vendors I have dealt with on this site are so good. During this time of the year any orders I place I expect that they can take longer than anticipated but the response time from the vendors on this site continue to blow me away! Keep up the great service!

As a fellow Montanan, I have zero doubt all orders will be filled. Honor is still a word people live by there

I never understand why people start threads about why a vendor hasn't shipped an order instead of trying to contact the vendor directly.

It seems to imply questionable tactics which force the vendor to try and explain delays on many times multiple forums. Most vendors will even put a notice on their website stating orders may be delayed due to holiday vacation / inventory shortages.

 

I ordered a set late last night. They weren't in my mailbox this morning.
