I can introduce you to some of the metal mullisha guys if you want. Also, thanks for clearing what a metal mullisha is. Those guys live all around me here in the I.E. I can't throw a rock 20 feet without hitting one of those guys in the head. Those hats are errywhere.

Planning a trip for super soft sand here in March probably but not very truck friendly even with 4x4 shit is too soft so maybe just something in superstition. 30 minute dirt trip to ocotillio and lots of places to go 2wd or 4x4

@lesterb315 took the drone down to the park today to fly it, started getting the hang of it. However it doesn't operate very well in "low" mode with the wind, it just couldn't push thru it. I set it on high mode and it took off like a beast. It lost connection once, hit a tree and plummeted down like 100 feet, did that twice actually. Another time I lost connection with it up about 100 feet somehow, it free fell, did a flip, 10 feet from the ground it regains connection, I jam the power stick up, it gets itself out of the flip and I touched down softly for a landing, couldn't have done that again if I tried lol

I'm doing a bit of research on it. Guess you can shield the camera wire to get some more range out of it. Getting some interference with the electronics

Haha yeah that sounds like how my first flight went. same thing was happening to me the first time I switched to "high mode" and I've been flying it like that since it seems to be faster. I tend to get prettt nervous when it goes up high only because it's pretty light and a sudden gust of wind could easily make me lose control and come crashing down lol overall they're cool and fun to play with. The parking lot at the bruery seems like it'd do for a good little fly around, maybe I'll take it with me next week lol

I'm not running it with the camera right now but I'd be interested in what you were reading and how to do it though.

Haha ya I started freaking out when it got too high up and was drifting over the fence in to yards and the street I'm like shit shit shit come back!
