I have a 09 Tacoma, 2.7L, Access Cab Sr5 and was curious if I would have the pre-wire for foglights? Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't think 2.7s are. Just go out and take off the cap for the fog lights and see if there is a wire and plugged taped up in there.

Could they be taped any where else, I had to replace a bumper about 2 weeks ago, at a shop, and wasn't able to look under.

I think the only place they put them is right there. If you feel around those caps there is a tab you push in and it comes right out. Then grab a light and look around in there you will see it. If you have it.

This is true for 08s, so I'd assume it's the same on 09s.

Hey "Top gun 55" you must be a lighting expert. My 09 taco is pre wired for fog lights but did not come with with fog lights. Now I'm trying to install my new fogs.

If I add the fog relay, the oem switch and plug the fogs into the existing plugs located behind the empty fog sockets... should that work?

Right now its not working but I'm not 100% sure I have the correct relay. The correct relay will be delivered soon but in the meantime I'm left to wonder.
    Pls help
