Depends on which part of the harness you are connecting to. Like I said previously, the red wire in the switch harness hooks up to the purple in the compressor harness.

 

Did you open either of em up yet?

Yeah, I opened up Ant's and soldered the contacts. I am pretty sure it should have worked. The only issue I noticed with Ant's was it was in the locked position when I installed it.

 

Hmmm. Only one I've done is a first gen, I just made sure the add fork was mating with the groove in there well. If you put it in "locked" while the diff is "unlocked" I would imagine the fork will not Mate and it won't do anything. I'm gonna look at some pictures of the second gen ones to get a better idea

It looks to be the same set up as first gen basically. Did you check to be sure the fork was engaging the slot?
