1080p GoPro knock-off on sale at $40 (Amazon)

I got mine last week.
For $40 I am happy with it. Should work just fine for getting some wheeling vids and whatever. Also, plenty of stuff for different mounting options. Thanks OP!

I got a green corruption here just now but didn't see it earlier, and it was gone when I looked at it on youtube and not embedded.

FYI, in my OP try downloading the raw video I posted and play it locally. Just noticed dropbox down-sizes/compresses the video if you just click the link and stream.

 

What editor do you guys use for the MOV files? Free would be best

 

iMovie would be my choice....

Mine did the same. I ran it on record until the battery gave and when I looked at the file there weee like 40 clips!!

No its not perfect, but geez what a deal for $40. Great for situations where you don't want to risk a more expensive camera.

I just submitted a return for mine. Battery will not last more than 15 minutes and the waterproof case that it was shipped with was cracked. I will take my 40 bucks back and look to get something better.
