I mean my steering wheel vibrations and shaking I've been facing this past while. Every shop and people I've talked to are blaming the cupping on my km2s
I currently have 1-1/4 spacers up front and back
Are you saying I'd need spacers with the size tire cause of rubbing?

    Oh then you'll b fine.

Yes and no. The size but also the offset of those wheels is made for later FJs and they sit much further in then our stock wheels do.

So if I didn't have my spacers on with my 2nd gen wheels they sit in about 1" more closer to the frame. So it's moe about keeping it off the UCA first. Then the frame.

In short. Keep your current spacers handy.

The drum brake cylinder has far less travel than your e-brake cable. Even if they lock up with the e-brake pulled all the way out, the shoes might be barely touching the drum when you hit the brakes.

Jack the back of the truck up and spin a rear tire, then push the brake pedal and see what happens. Usually when you readjust the rear shoes after changing them, you adjust them out until the drum barely has clearance to go back on, and you can feel/hear the shoes rubbing the drum a bit when you spin it.

You can pop the little rubber plug off the backing plate and use a flathead screw driver to adjust the shoes out with the drum still on, that way you'll be able to fine tune it til the shoes are barely touching.

You think I'll clear with just the 1-1/4? Where did you buy your 1-1/2" spidertrax??

That makes sense that the ebrake cable would have more travel then the wheel cylinder - I did already spin those adjusters by hand one while spinning the wheel until I could hear the shoes contacting the drums just barely, and then after during a test drive while slowly driving in reverse with the ebrake partially engaged while tapping the brake pedal to also do the auto adjustment afterwards

After doing that the number of clicks to engage the ebrake reduced a lot and the e brake handle feels stiffer/ more responsive, I figured that was a good indicator the the shoes were adjusted properly,

With all that said would it still make sense to do the manual adjustment more? I was worried to overadjust and get them stuck so that's why I was thinking it might be hydraulic/air bubble but I've bled lines a few times now with no bubbles each time

Okay so, it was -4 here last night. I drove home last night and the heater wouldn't get warm and I let it rev a little higher to see if it would warm up. So before I know it, I look down at my temp gauge and I'm almost at Red line and its continually going up and by the time I got home a couple minutes later it was in the red. This morning I let the truck warm up for about 15-20 minutes and temps were normal and the heater was working good. I drive to work which is about 5 miles from home and it redlines my temp gauge again and almost fills up my radiator overflow. What could it be? My thermostat?

Sounds like your thermostat to me.

I would start with the thermostat. Sounds like a clogged something.

Thought about it some more. I think it is a bad thermostat.

If the temps are not usually that low for you, you could check the water content of your engine coolant

Too much water in the mixture and you can get freezing which can lead to overheating

    Yeah its damn cold lol

That's what i was thinking. Thermostat not opening = overheating and causes the pressurized/overflowing radiator

Flushed it about 15k ago or so and did a gallon of toyota red and then distilled water. Its a nice pink color so idk. But could be part if it too. It Maybe froze up the tstat and ruining it? But we have had this cold of weather this year already too so idk

Gonna swing by the dealer today and see how much they stick it to me for...

I thought Toyota red was pre mixed. In that case. It's probably just frozen.
