    I'm a plumber and I did have everything at a trickle stream but I think mainline is partially frozen.
    It's not deep in ground but is sleeved in 3" sch 40 due to location.
    It just needs to warm up outside.

    The snow will prib melt by late afternoon but the ice under it is whats going to cause problems.
    People around here just dont see it that often.
