    No I can't even slide a heat tape behind them, or anything else. The vertical run is about 18" and I cut some pipe insulation and put a taper on it to get as far behind them as I can. When they do freeze I can just pop it off and hit them with the heat gun. But if I don't leave the garage door open too long am usually OK. Problem is I am not always smart enough to do that, I use the garage door more than my entrance door. Just something about a garage that seems to draw me in there a lot LOL.

    We have one outside run we did. But we put in an oversized conduit underground then ran the pex inside that then swapped to brass/copper before surfacing and attached that to a post for stability then painted those with bedliner so the tweakers wouldn't know what we did and not try to steal them.

    Yeah I will keep the stuff, generator will be of use for earthquake/power outages/zombie apocalypse, chains for when I go to the mtns and have to carry to get past the CHP checkpoint. :sawzall:Going to go out and cut into my bumper and mount my new LED reverse lights I got for Christmas. Also doing it on a friends truck. Pics to follow.
