Thinking about purchasing the new 2017 TRD Pro Grille for my 2017 TRD Sport Tacoma. Really want to see how they look especially on a Blazing Blue Tacoma like mine. Currently bought the truck down in Mexico and the only way to get the Grille is from a dealership up in the U.S. Getting and shipping the part isn't much of an issue but it will certainly be a bit expensive and I could use some more convincing. If I do get the grille it will certainly be one of the first down here since we don't have the option of simply purchasing the grille around the corner much less have the option to buy a TRD PRO at all. Anyways let me see them grilles! 20161222_174424_Richtone(HDR).jpg

Wow, good idea. No ones ever done it before. You'd be the first. Post pics when you have it on.

I would say, get the Pro grill. Be care swapping grills. If you end up not liking the Pro grill, put the chrome grill back on and sell the Pro grill in Mexico for a pretty peso since they are rare down there. With your black roof rack and side steps, I think the Pro grill will look great.

Definitely would look good on your Truck, Pro Grilles would have to be extremely rare in Mexico.

Not to hijack the post. But they are still around, I bought them brand new this past summer. Btw they look good on your 1st gen.
