    A very important maintaince item people overlook is changing out their blinker fluid with every oil change. In most cases, it causes the blinkers to stop working completely making it very dangerous for surrounding drivers and illegal for the person operating the vehicle. According to TMZ, low or dirty blinker fluid is the number one cause of road rage.
