We stopped at Price Chopper on the way home from the gym this morning just to get pancake mix and my wife said the line was crazy in there

This I don't understand.. I don't even consider myself that much of a prepper but given where we live and how fast things go to shit I always have water and food in storage... Along with a camping stove... freeze dried meals... fire starters.. ammo... extra gas... okay yea maybe I might be a bit more prepared than others...

    Exactly.

I am at the point where I need to go buy groceries but having said that I still have at least a week of good meals left. Could probably get 3+ weeks if I started eating the loads of rice, pasta, canned tuna and beans, etc. that I have piled in the cabinets.

Just don't do like me when offered the snow blower from the house you are watching over, I didn't take the offer up and paid dearly. Swallow your pride and take the snow blower and run.

I feel like grabbing a shopping cart, loading with all the eggs, bread, water, and milk it can hold, just so I can feel apart of this great New England tradition. That picture looks so warm and fuzzy, with me feeling left out.

I have a nice Ariens at home, but they are snow birds here later than usual so they have nothing. They do have someone plow the driveway every time the snow accumulation hits 4 inches.

It's a long driveway, so if I lived there I'd probably invest in an old truck with a plow or a 4WD tractor with a good size snowblower on it. It'd take quite a while to go up and down for 6+ passes with a normal snowblower.
