Wondering some more opinions on them are they truly all you need for the instal? And what if you were to add a .5 to 1 inch spacer would you need new control arms and swaybar relocation?

    From whom?

With a 3" lift, you already do.

Depends on the geometry of the bits, but probably.

Go to the suspension page and spend a ton of time reading setups before you decide. Or go ahead and buy the Rancho garbage and come back to complain. Don't forget you're gonna need to lift the rear also.

I was a moron that bought this garbage on my old truck. Worst money ever spent. Did I get lift? Yes. But the ride was garbage worse than my blown out stock suspension. Would never buy again or recommend. Do yourself a favor and save some scratch and buy an OME setup or billies. Trust me.
