Shout out to Casey @Lilcarkid for the huge help getting my Winch installed into my front bumper. We didn't have to fab up any brackets for the winch Control Box. Had to do some grinding and cutting. Came out great.
Winch works beautifully.
Casey's a wiring wizard!

So far. I need to sort some things out. It spent most of its life in AZ. It's REALLY solid. It has ARB lockers front and rear but they've never been plumbed. Also no compressor. It is regeared to 4.56's, and has new KM2s on it though.

Brakes are spongy, few leaks to address, front driveshaft is not installed, etc.

In the end I got the thing for less than it would cost to do lockers, regear, and put tires on. It'll be cool after a little work I think.

Unfortunately, I'll have to spend MORE time out in the garage...

While you guys got to do cool truck stuff I put some lights up in the basement. Tomorrow I'll do the other side and the back end of the basement is finally well lit.

While I agree with this I prefer the no moving parts thing. Ecspecially when my trip style is hours from civilization I'd rather not have another thing to think about. Although it's minor my OCD would go nuts hahaha.

 

@HolyHandGrenade no just did a little grinding to make it fit. Control box still mounted on top of the winch it self.

Plus @Subway4X4 wanted to show off his new 60 flex Dewalt tools. Lol
