Spotted @the glen in my garage for wiring upgrade, with additional assist by @JMPNFSH & @Longboard1110 . BS was exchanged, wheels given away, and radios were programmed. Good times!

@Iggy. Heard you were going to help Glen with his accessory wiring. We didn't do anything with that stuff today.

And we dressed the 3 + cables with this stuff.

Yeah I have those mil spec ones on my second battery and I'm using some fiberglass wrap on mine that's fire resistant too.

How did you all run the cables to the alt and frame? I got a spare alt harness on eBay.

Mostly followed the OEM routing for alternator and starter cables. Ground to the block is a little on the short side, so it passes through the void under the OEM fuse block. All would have been easier, but Glen has a lot of accessories in there that could use some Iggy attention and a secondary fuse block.

So here is a quick shot of the battery (northstar 31m) inside the pelfreybuilt cage. The accessory wiring on top of the cage will be cleaned up soon with an aux fuse block.20170107_141245.jpg

I know small tires for now, 285/75/16s are going on Thursday.

I now owe @tacomgee and @DCSBFTMFW lunch and some Pliny.

Yeah those bad boys are on there now. Bought some new Bilsteins for it and I think it cost me $250? Still put me way ahead of where I would've been had I bought them new.

Peter spent a while getting the sleeves off the old shocks, but he managed to get them off. I owe Peter big time.
