So to clarify, this does NOT have cutouts or slot for cd.

If so i waisted my time/money, when i could have gotten a sheet from bestbuy for 14$ and cut/trimmed as necassary.
Already did the anyiglare myself but it looked like crap which is why i ordered the lexard.

Seen this thread awhile back and thought a screen protector was pointless as I've had several touch screen head units in the past, but the plastic on the OEM HU is soft and can scratch easily when compared to aftermarket HU's or GPS's. I had a Zagg back side protector for an iPad mini that I never used so I cut it down to use on my deck about a month and a half ago; holding up just fine.

i have the lexard protector and it seems to work half decent.

was wondering if anyone knew of any company that sells a generic roll of the protector film or a screen protector that is bigger than an ipad.

looking to cover something and it is larger than the head units.

I just installed and the fitment isnt great. The cutout for the sd card slot is too small. Actually the bottom right corner seems to be completely off. Could be my application or maybe i got a bad batch.

Let me know if you want more pics.

Does anybody know if laying down a film like the 3m pro series would be ok? I bet laying a big sheet over the whole screen then edging out the outline with a razor blade would be too easy.

Unless it's just the angle of the picture, it's too far down based on the knob. Gap is on the bottom looks a lot bigger than the top

Do you have a pic of the whole screen with the protector on it?

Sorry to see yours isn't fitting right! I just installed mine and it isn't blocking the SD slot. Try installing by lining up the bottom edge with the SD slot first and work your way up. The bottom right corner of mine by the SD slot has a small crease in it, like yours, so it isn't as flush as it could be (like in your first picture).

Thanks for the pic. It may not be cut perfect, but it protects the screen. I was looking for a tempered glass protector like they have for phones haven't found one yet. That is the best one I've seen

Has it started peeling? Mine kind of bubbled up a little when it was cold but I used a credit card to push the 3 bubbles out and so far so good. There are a some small pieces of lint under mine that I want to remove when spring rolls around.
