    ...too much shit to list.
Awesome. I'm glad someone local got them. They were a great budget setup on the wife's rig for the last 8 years.

    Yeah man, thanks again.

And that's the plan for these, they'll get me through stuff for probably the next year then I'll upgrade and will hopefully be able to pass them along to someone else.

You using double bulb seal instead of foam tape? I never had issues with foam tape & the Flippac, but many who did have issues swear by bulb seal. The leak could also be between the plastic bed caps and the bed.

    This is the stuff:

    Oops! Wrong double seal ;)

    Here it is:

Mobile Living in Concord or Ace Truck Body in Martinez should carry it. Not sure about automotive stores.

Ha! I actually beat him to the 4wc purchase by a few hours, so he ended up buying a new one. The Falcon would have been too short on a 6' bed anyways.

He has gray steelies and pizza cutters on his rig too. EAF.

I'm pretty sure the leak is from the bed rails and plastic I'm running a bead of liquid sealer under the plastic and then I'm going to run foam tape under the cap if it still leaks I'll try the bulb seal

Car wash leak? My old snugtop had bulb seal but leaked between the plastic bed cap and bed. Only leaked in the car wash though. I actually drove through one the other day. It's been about 4 years since I've been able to...

I've noticed that driving in heavy rain at highway speeds, some moisture gets into the otherwise covered bed from the side cubbies, presumably its splashed up under them, and gets in the vent holes. I had stowed some rags in one of those, and they got quite soaked.

It leaks all the time and from fucking everywhere!

Waiting until I change jobs and then I'll probably sell it. Going to pull it off in spring and silicone the hell out of everywhere and see if it doesn't fix it. But as of now, it's totally useless for weather protection.

    Yup.

I kept my ratchet straps in there and found out the hard way that they'd get wet and mildew'd out in surprisingly little time.
