    Swapped the rear differential oil with redline 75-90. Stinky stuff. And picked up 98 4Runner SR5 cloth seats for cheap.

    No, it was actually part of the thermostat. I don't know it's function, but I believe it was letting too much cold coolant in when it broke apart.

    It's bolted to the radio chasis and screwed to the dash from the side.

    It is not 100% stable no. But its holding my 5100 face plate, about the size and weight of a small tablet. IT moves. Not a ton but enough i grab it to read the small lettering on occasion. Of course rough roads mean more movement.

    For phones i think it would be totally good.

    I'll be curious to see how it works for Brett with the Tab4. Same tablet i have. Be cool to move it for other trips(highway time so music).

    I like the Mob armor mount for the tablet. That thing is a rock.

    I used a metallic silver fine point sharpie and filled in the worn out shift pattern on the shift knob. Man.... looks like a brand new truck again, at least on the inside!
