I got 16 with a high of 23 so no melt today :{ going to have to do a little shoveling this morning but it only added another 2 inch or so after I gave up last night.

Cousin sent me this out back porch of sw Virginia

 

They usually aren't here both just about 80 they are usually in FL but he has been sick . Their kids live up in PA so I did their walk and steps front and back and the front of their garage told him drive over the rest lol. Unfortunately a shall we say a well meaning farmer on the back road came buy with his tractor and sort of did their drive way put a ridge of snow 18 inches high in front of their garage door and buried their LP tank cover I got it cleared but told him bud I am sorry my arm is shot I can't clear that ridge. He had someone coming today to really plow not just make a mess lol.

Something is freezing in new manifold in well house or at new connection at house where I put a meter box over it. Thought I insulated everything good enough and flowing faucets not enough but then again I don't remember it being this cold. News said 6 years. I remember the days of ice but was concerned about the water and power also back then not the temp.

I wasn't but I am now damn it and bacon will take for ever to thaw and cook :{

Just woke up , needed a pain pill to control the pain and only been asleep for 3hrs . planning on going back to sleep in a few min

Right now its a balmy 50 deg and should start seeing rain

 

Gotta clean up dog barf on my leather love seat instead

Good morning folks! No snow, no rain. Just sun and a little bit of a breeze on tap for the day. Low of 53 feels like 48 (...that'll make your nipples hard) and a high of 74. I see a cup of coffee in my immediate future.
