It wasn't down a hill, it was flat ground. The driver tire is in a hole.

It's amazing how much lockers could have helped. It sucks when your only spinning two wheels in 4wd. Happened to me as well. Even the one guy with no lift, snow tires @llamasmurf wasnt getting stuck as he had a rear locker. Fuck I need lockers lol.

We all had a good laugh, my rig looks the most capable but those with lockers were better off lol.

Geez, I don't have lockers either, but I have bulled through 2' of drifting snow several times on my road... or should I say 'floated over', since I kept the hammer down until I hit the main road.

Oh you can manage with the skinny pedal, but for instance on some hills I wish I could have had less throttle and taken it more slow and controlled. Maybe I'm being picky but I have to regear at anyways so I'm probably just justifying it all lol.

Lockers are in the future. Lol

No sas for me. Don't really need it for the wheeling I do. Trucks just getting heavy and a regear would be nice. Since your doing one you may as well add lockers while your add it.

Hey would love to have ya. We had some guys come from Windsor and north bay. So 4 hours isn't too much of a stretch.

As for the power lines. From my limited knowledge/ experience the crown trails that I have gone on have power lines. The trails are used by the hydro company to access the lines. So driving under/around them is okay.

Mind you, on the crown lands you are pretty far away from them. On my families property we were pretty close. No closer than the farmers are when they do their harvest. All I can say is voltage can hurt so we were as far as the tractors go from them so I'm sure we were good

In my experience, A-Trac is pretty effective in sand (where it's almost as good as a locker), but not in the deep snow where you need wheelspin. I had to turn off A-Trac to get moving. A front locker would have been helpful yesterday.

... and to think that because of doing mods to my truck I couldn't go play with my truck. Fucking ironic.

I had so much fun, I will totally try and be at the next one. The ride home was good until Sundridge then the snow started and you could only see about 20m in front of the truck and the double highway became 1 lane.

That was the most I have used 4L and the rear locker in the year I have owned my truck. I love the fact that @tacoma16 has taught me so much about my truck and off roading.

I thought they had doubled Harris' driveway all the way to North Bay by now. I haven't been back up there in years.

That snow hit me right as I got into Windsor. Had to drive like 20km/h. Drove by a 3 car crash on the corner of my street. And barely found my street.
    :crapstorm:
Your just that better equipped for when you do go play. I realized very quickly how much I need a steel bumper if I want to continue to off road.
