I've done CRC Marine Corrotion Inhibitor on several trucks with good results.

 

For the foglight wiring, can you guys tell me what the green and white wires are?Which one is Hot, which one is Neg?

My LED Light Pods have the standard Red (hHot) and Black (Neg) wires.

Wiring up the foglights and could use some help.

Also, what connectors do you guys suggest to connect all my light pods?

Good that you didn't tag me. I have no idea.

 

I just put new fogs in and replaced the factory connectors with the ones from the Rigid lght harness. I would buy Delphi connectors. I got them relatively cheap on EBay. But you have to buy them specifically for the gauge of wire you are using.

Green is hot, white is ground.

 

And FYI, Rigid SAE fog lights are awesome. Great pattern, bright as hell, DOT legal, and now sub $200 price

The Delphi connectors are awesome. I have them on my lights in my grill so I can disconnect them to pop the grill off. Also used them on my headlights beciase the Bs connector they give you on the aftermarket ones I got plug into the factory connector. Total unsealed and sloppy connection.

FYI, Toyota factory wiring for fog lights at least is ground switched. So if you grabbed a meter and checked for continuity to ground, you would find that neither wire is grounded.

 

Guys I'm on a mid atlantic overland page on FB which is cool and has some interesting trucks. Lot's of NJ members but most trips are in VA. I made a NJ page if anyone is interested. I thought it would be cool to be able to find some FJ's, land cruisers, etc to wheel with locally.

 

@Subway4X4 I picked up the oem style plug pig tails from cali raised. I plan on putting them on my led fogs so that I don't have to cut my oem harness side connectors.
