    I have no idea why the previous owner changed them out, but I wish he hadn't. The 4.5 BS 1st gen wheels plus my spacers would let my tires clear the frame. These 5.25 BS wheels leave me rubbing the frame at full lock under compression, even with the spacers. It is very minimal, but it's there.

    They do look good. Cheap too! I assume they're steel?

    They would have me more in the frame than I am now unless I left the spacers on. 5.25 on my current wheels minus 1.25 spacers is the equivalent of 4.0 BS. Need 3.5" to run without spacers.

    I'm not worried with it though. The rubbing is very very minor.
