True. Mine is the ability to die and be resurrected so that I can endure a painful zombie like existence for a day or two afterward. I don't drink tequila anymore.

I need to go outside and paint my sliders so I can put them on. Also need to get the CB in and feel like doing absolutely nothing.

    Everything
    Hello.
Houston is a great place. I've been here since 1999.

Katy, Sugarland and Woodlands are all great places. You just have choose your neighborhoods wisely. You can have really nice million dollar homes in one spot and just a mile down the road you will have very ghetto places. Just beyond the ghetto place will be a nice neighborhood with $200k-500k homes.

I recommend choosing a place of town not to far from work. If you live in the woodlands you would not want to drive to sugarland for work. The travel time during rush hour could be over an hour.

I myself am looking for a home in the Missouri City area which I next to Sugarland.

Weather is awesome. Lots of sun and humidity, a bit of rain and a few freeze days every year.

Overall affordability is good. Gas is not to pricing. Property tax is not to high(as long as you protest with the tax office every few years).
