    In downtown WC (sorry @logcabinwc - forgot to bring the lights). Returning/ exchanging items for wife at places I'd rather not frequent. I'm surprised to see so many people walking around in hoodies, jean jackets, and sweatshirts without umbrellas. Mostly teens who are completely drenched. It's like this storm was a surprise.
