Update for those following along (@OCtaconoob , others). I went in Friday. I called during my lunch break to see if he could squeeze me in, and he said it was no prob.

I believe District Fab is a one person operation. The owner's name is Mike, and he's probably in his early 30s. If you call the business number, you are getting his cell, and he can take texts.
The shop is really hard to find. There's no sign, and it shares the north side of the Pure Addiction Diesel Performance building. That building is tucked behind the Speedrack West building.
The shop is a little cluttery, but not an overwhelming mess like I've seen at other places. Things are generally clean and I don't remember tools laying around or stuff like that. Just lots of projects.
In talking to Mike, I learned that he fabricates his own upper and lower arms (they look similar to Dirt Kings), stocks bushings and uniballs, does design in CAD, and can handle most any fabrication project.
The two big projects I saw were for a flatbed for a Ford, and a frame that was affixed to the bottom of a camper top. The frame would raise and lower via hydraulics; I think he said it was for a customer's VW LT35.

I discussed the issue I was facing with my shocks. He listened to all I had to say, and asked a LOT of good questions to get the background for who installed it, how it was set up when I bought the equipment, what sort of changes had been made, if the arms were stock length, what sort of stance the wheels had, etc. He then brought out a tank and a gauge, and checked all my shocks for correct pressure. He noted I was about 30% low, so he filled them up (free of charge). He explained this may help some of the recovery, but explained the setup might still not be what I'm after (reading between the lines, the issue is that these shocks want to go FAST and they think I'm being too much of a grandma doing 45 through town :p). Mike suggested we be very methodical: I will drive around for a bit to see what may have changed, then he can do a test drive afterwards to see if there should be something needing a change. He was good to warn that, if there is a change needed, the shocks have to come off and come apart - hint hint, pocketbook! One thing at a time!

I also discussed making a bracket for the snorkel to affix to the A pillar. I mentioned that it gets tricky with drilling, and I had seen where a member here used outdoor velcro to good success. Mike suggested a better idea might be to use a strong adhesive (I think he called it VRB silicone?), which made sense. The price he quoted seemed on the mark as well.

    Overall:
    Owner is very knowledgeable
Owner takes his time with you
    Shop is reasonably clean
My one con is that he doesn't really "do" appointment scheduling. Maybe my project was really small, but he suggested I just call up sometime next week and he can get the bracket made. I personally like an appointment so I know I'm not bothering my fabricator at a bad time, but it seems fairly standard business for small fab shops.

Thanks for the detailed review! Exactly what I was hoping for. Sounds like I may be hitting him up to help with my tire swing out.
