Flights have all been screwed up from the weekend. A bunch of my co-workers were supposed to fly out Saturday and Sunday, didn't make it out

 

Morning all.

Single digits down here in my neck of the woods in CT. It was 6/7 this A.M. driving into work.

Rough.

 

@DoubleRGirl looks like you got out while the getting was good. E Bridgewater got the most snow.

 

So far I don't see any issues with mine. Better not or I will lose my shit..new roof last year.

One thing I've wondered..near the outside wall about a foot from it, I have a heat register that blows straight up. Could that be part of the issue?

 

just saw it is suppose to get to 48' in Vt on Wed. everything going to melt then refreeze 30' would be nice

 

Morning all! I sleep with the window open, so getting out of bed this morning was rough.

Same here. High of 21 today, high of 51 on Wednesday.

 

I used to do that. Loved the fresh air. I'd just keep the bedroom door closed and the window cracked maybe an inch or so.

but then I moved in with a woman and she put the kibosh to it. Now I can only get an open window during the summer.

 

maybe if you pass gas enough she'll allow it hehe

i get cold easily! only time the windows open is when the dogs fart. i figure it could work with men too hahah

She's much worse for that in bed then I am. Which makes me wish I could open a window that much more...

I like it to be cold when I sleep so I can have a bunch of blankets on.

I didn't give my girlfriend a choice. If she hangs around long enough she will get used to it. Or maybe that's just wishful thinking...

If there's a human who gets cold easier than you do, it's me. Oddly people say I throw a lot of body heat though.

Cupcake is like that with cracking the window open. Infuriates me.

 

That's the only reason that I've gotten away with leaving the window open when my girlfriend sleeps here. I'm a human furnace.
