DFW BS Thread : ********NEW MEET!! CHECK POST #1*******

I could drive on any paved road in a 92 civic on donuts in any weather. They actually drive pretty well in all types of snow/ice. Back when I learned to drive in Ohio I had a 95 and 96 civic and never got stuck or stopped from reaching my destination. Front wheel drive with a manual, lowered and with maybe 3" of clearance and all season tires, I used to plow the streets passing idiots with 4wd that couldnt keep it straight on the road. Then again i'm not an idiot and know how to control a vehicle. On trips to Detroit every January I couldnt keep up with the locals going 90 with a foot of snow on the highway. I stayed down around 70-80.

I'll still be there tomorrow. No weather can stop me. We arent supposed to really be getting any more weather tonight. There will prob still be some ice on the road but a little caution on bridges and I dont expect it to be too bad out. This is texas though so the biggest risk is other drivers and the weather could do anything in the next 12 hours.

 

Yeah i know but he said he is not loggin back in again. He texted me and told me he got banned and that he was done with Tacoma World. He also said that he was cool with letting someone else take over the thread.

 

So is this meet up like a normal meet up or are we going offroad

Weather forcast for Gilmer tx... Looks like this weekends meetup at Barnwell will be a wet one...

Ok so i have taken over this thread now. I will do my best to keep it updated. Feel free to tag me in suggestions and whatnot for monthly meetups!

 

Feb will be at wild acre, just need to do a date poll. Then someone asked if the next one after that could be on a Sunday.

 

Im good with both of those things.
