    For most of my adult life, I've took considerable pride in the fact that I'm what you would call a self motivated worker......until Asshat got here. Now it's all I can do to drag myself to work every day. This guy has broke my spirit. One more chore to do today and I'm checking out early and going home.

    Im the same way. I'll work my ass off for a good leader. My last boss who was recently "re-assigned" made it real hard for me for about a year. Since she's gone i have a new boss and my dept is now the most productive in the company. I just dont understand how someone can come in and treat people like shit and expect them to be productive.
