    Not quite. It's 8' by 4'.

Much harder to carry than a 4' by 8' sheet, and the 8' width makes it difficult to fit into the box of a pickup. It sticks out the side of the box by about a metre.

If you've ever bought plywood at Lowe's it was likely made in Canada... Which means it's also moose resistant.

    Question for a Western Canadian:

Why does Corb Lund never mention a Toyota in "Truck Got Stuck"?

Farms out here don't often have Toyota's.

I know the drummer from the band, just an acquaintance. He's a local. That song is somewhat of a legend here. People say it actually happened but I have no idea if it actually did.

Because it would ruin the song. Everyone got stuck until the Toyota came, end of song.

It'd be more like until the front wheel assist John Deere showed up, but that's hard to put into a song with city folk have no idea what a front wheel assist tractor is :D

He didn't ask why a front wheel assist John Deere wasn't mentioned.

True. I guess in all of my mudding days I was never rescued by a Toyota. An Ford or Dodge with lockers a few times, but not a Toyota yet. I do know one farm that runs a bunch of them, but the kids own them so they don't see much field work.

Actually my Tacoma gets taunted pretty good when some guys see me working with it. Lots of brodozers and mall crawlers around here.

It was a joke, as was the original question I'm sure. Nothing makes a joke funnier than a detailed discussion about it's validity.

    :D. Yup.

I do actually know a band member though and the stories around here with that song are epic :anonymous:

    :D

My Tacoma is a work truck. But it has also pulled an F-150 Raptor out of a ditch.

It took a long time though and I kinda pulled him out sideways. It wouldn't have made a good song...
