Naw , you need to go to Quantico or Peacemaker for that .
CF Phelps only goes out to 100yds.

 

That's what I was thinking.... Echo Valley WV goes out to 300 yards.

yes

@Lots2Learn58 and i did. When we arrived, it was 13 degrees. When we woke up, it was 6. A good experience, but NEVER again! And now when we go when its 30, it will be warm

he did, but he left. Because it was 4, but felt like -12. That was in Davis, WV. We werent going to stay either. F sleeping in that!

We went to Wolfs Gap campground in GWNF. But the individual parking sites were too narrow to be able to open the tent, so we had to park in the lot

 

Ah gotya, but the jeep guy did go on the trail right? Or was it just you and John?

We met up with Freedom Offroad group from facebook. I think about 15+ Jeeps. It was definitely a fun trail!

 

There are tons of fire roads in GWNF to drive down and camp anywhere!

 

We should get a snow trail run in this winter!

this above picture is from Canaan Loop Road. Could possibly be from the road going to the tower.

 

Trail was fun. A couple water crossings, and ice made it even more fun
