finally took a pic of the new truck

This was Sunday afternoon at Bear Creek Farms in Vandiver. We went with our Belgian Malinois to observe some other dogs doing scent detection training.

Plans are to put some vintage JDM wheels on it fairly soon. J-Wheels in Japan will be doing the refinishing.

good lord that truck is ugly!! seriously am i the only one that thinks that truck is stupid? Your supposed to stuff as much tire into your wheel wells not as little as possible. But i do like the bumper design. I start on my rear bumper build in 2 weeks. So I will have an All-Pro Off Road high clearance rear bumper for sale soon. I am even going to put a fresh coat of bedliner on it bceause im a nice guy like that.

I think I had first right on you all-pro from back when we rode at the slab. If I grab it, I would prefer to paint it myself.

I disagree. I think it's all about a balance looks good not one extreme or the other. Too big of gap and too small of a tires looks just as stupid as someone who has big ass tires and almost no lift.

The truck in the picture looks great to me. The right amount of fender- tire gap. I wish my front fender-tire gap was more on my truck.

I agree with this, I actually like the look a lot. I think it would look best with a camper shell because these trucks look goofy to me with nothing in the bed. At least a rack and tent or something

Or a long bed, then the truck looks fine.

Ew. Everyone has opinions, sometimes they're just plain wrong. Like long beds hahaha!

You might as well have a 4 runner with that tiny bed. A "long" bed Tacoma was a must for me. I'm 6'5" and I slept in the back of my truck Friday night, couldn't have done that in your tiny truck bed.

True that. If it had the versatility that a truck does I would own a 4runner. Just my preference lol. I'm 5'10" and could barely sleep at an angle in my bed hahaha

What versatility are you talking about? There really isn't much difference in your truck and a comparable year 4runner. Same engine, drive train, and almost same suspension. Just think you could have ordered one roof rack instead of two if you had a 4runner.
