Yeah I hate renting. Just like throwing money in a fire. I work in Real estate. It is amazing how much you can lose renting. Much rather buy.

Thanks for the insight. I'm getting stoked!

I seriously hope that doesn't happen again. It was much more than housing market at a loss.

The same thing is happening. They just changed the nifty-neato names on the subprime mortgages. Housing prices are soaring... unqualified people are getting into these houses...

    It's repeating itself.

    Great movie.

Unfortunately saw many people screw themselves before it came out.

Thanks man! Hope I can add to CO somehow haha. :fistbump:

I have to drive 6 hours to snowboard (in good snow). :( My favorite hobby is so far away.

Yeah being in the industry it is fascinating. How stupid we all were. It seems so obvious that it was coming when it is laid out in front of you. Just nobody wanted to look. Probably one of my top 5 movies.

I was just talking to @tacot0wn yesterday telling him there was pretty much only Big Bear(meh) and Mammoth mountain within range. Snow resorts pretty much suck for So Cal(especially if you just want a day trip).

Yeah I love smaller towns, just would probably work in Denver or another semi big city so I'd like to be nearby. I'm in public accounting for RE, not a super small town industry.

I love Mammoth. Spent a week there 2 weeks ago. GF and I always get passes and try to make it up as much as possible.

Where are you finding rent that cheap in denver?? Maybe if you rent a cardboard box.
Although they're saying don't expect anything until 2028.

Pass a lot of epic terrain on your way to Cali. Fruita and so much of Utah is hard for me to pass up..I try to keep heading west to MTB but my Yeti 575 likes it around these parts
