I am horrible at tires but....

What's the difference between the cooper discover AT3 tires and the cooper discover RTX?

90% highway driving currently but want a little more aggressive than a true highway tire

They both are good tyres, if it were me I'd go,with the AT/3 I've had them and wife has them on her highlander I like them they perform very well and are pretty quite, never tried the RTX they look nice and have good reviews it's all what ya want from your tires? The Rtx only come in a E rated range I think ? The AT/3 in all ranges...

I have ATPs (basically the same as the AT3 but exclusively sold at Discount Tire) and love them.

Similar use to yours, mostly all highway (I am not 4x4) with some forest roads and fire roads used to camp, etc. They wear great, handle great. I have no complaints.

Tread design and sidewall blocks are different. I have had the ATR, AT3, ATP, and now ST MAXX. Loved them all. The RTX looks more like a street only tire vs an all terrain.

More aggressive than street tire, get any of the AT Line.

One thing about the Cooper website is to find P=Metric and Load C look under the SUV choices vs the light truck
