Only thing i get from mcdonalds now is egg Mcmuffin 300 calories for breakfast if i dont have time to make anything. one of the few things thats hard to mess up thats some what balanced. I been watching what i have been eating since halloween. Only eat 2500 caiories a day work out 3-4 times a week.

    No more soda
    No more sugar drinks.
Have only had one beer since halloween.

My focus is balancing out my diet eating better portions. the best i have felt in years!

Doesnt mean i cant have what i want i just have to count it and plan my day accordingly and be realistic on how much i can have.

Wish there was a chic filia on the way to work. Might be a good thing! Those chicken biscuits for breakfast are addicting:drool:!:bananadead:

so not to be awkward this is just for my knowledge...so if I go any smaller shackle than 3/4 (common size) would not be functional with heavy load pull during recovery...sorry I am new and trying to understand pro and con

3/4" shackles are commonly rated at 9k pounds
5/8" shackles are commonly rated at 6.5k

So technically they would work. I think there are higher rated 5/8" shackles that may have a higher rating. But, thats saying that they would physically fit. I have a few, we should've tested.

So if you are pulling in a less demanding recovery, 5/8" should be fine... but its just giving up that extra safety factor.

    Edit: Here is a 10k rated 5/8" shackle. http://www.awdirect.com/high-capaci...wll-5-8-in-m651ag/lifting-hooks-and-hardware/

So they are available, just double the price based on the quick search.

Haha yes I'm sure. I bought the NFL Bud light cans so I have all 32 and I counted out 16 different teams. Btw I still haven't opened the Broncos can. It'll be the 2nd to last one I have
